The Gelosi Project is a collection of articles, photographs and random musings by writer and marketing executive, Laurence Vincent. Vincent leads the strategy team at the Los Angeles office of Siegel+Gale, one of the world’s premiere strategic branding firms. His clients have included CBS, MasterCard, Microsoft, the National Football League, The Smithsonian Institute, Qualcomm and vitaminwater. His first book was published by Dearborn in 2002. Legendary Brands explains the narrative structure of pop culture’s most provocative brands. It has been translated into seven languages and remains a popular title in the marketing community. In 2007 he published his first collection of poetry, Mad Man’s Creed. And in 2010 he will release his next book, Brandlore, a modern strategy guide that separates the simple truth of strategy from all the useless brandlore. When he is not studying brands, he and his wife chase their two children around Santa Monica and pass the time dabbling in photography.
